NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-051803 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which JPMC Specialty Mortgage LLC f/k/a WM Specialty Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Tamara D. Miller, Zachary Miller, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 28th day of July, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
