NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 28, 2014 entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-051803 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is Plaintiff, and VIRGINIA TARVER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VIRGINIA TARVER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 28day of July, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 12, IN THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS CITY VIEW PARK #3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 32, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 3448 JEFFCOTT STREET, FORT MYERS, FLORIDA 33916.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
