NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated March 28, 2014 entered in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-056752 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B., is Plaintiff, and STEVEN A. RAMUNNI, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ROBERT DAVID JONES, SR. A/K/A ROBERT D. JONES, SR., DECEASED; ROCHELLE REDMON; ROBERT DAVID JONES, JR.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
LINDA DOGGETT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 28day of July, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 61, 62 & 63, BLOCK 1410, UNIT 18, CAPE CORAL, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 97 THROUGH 120, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 1050 SE 21ST AVENUE, CAPE CORAL, FL 33990.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
