NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 28, 2014 and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-050634 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and ABELARDO LOPEZ, JR.; SUNTRUST BANK; CENTRE COURT I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 28 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
THE CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 119, CENTRE COURT CONDOMINIUM I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1622, PAGE 1725 ET SEQ. AND AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION
