NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-053608 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company formerly known as Bankers Trust Company of California, N.A., as Trustee for Vendee Mortgage Trust 1994-3United States Department of Veterans Affairs Guaranteed REMIC Pass-Through Certificates, is the Plaintiff and Rene Latigo, SunTrust Bank, Tenant #1 n/k/a Maria E. Latigo, Tenant #2 n/k/a Jorge Manzanares, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 28 day of April 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
