NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure Filed 3/28/14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-052760 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Robert L. Santilli, Trustee of the Robert L. Santilli Revocable Trust dated August 10, 2000, Robert L. Santilli, Trustee Of The Robert L. Santilli Revocable Trust Dated August 10, 2000, Legends Golf & Country Club Master Association, Inc., Robert L. Santilli, Somerset of Legends Golf & Country Club Neighborhood Association, Inc., The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Robert L. Santilli Revocable Trust dated August 10, 2000, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 30th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
