NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale filed March 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2010-CA-006797-WS-J3 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff and HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS AND OTHER PERSONS OR SPOUSES CLAI, SPOUSE OF GERALDINE FRANKLIN a/k/a VIRGINIA GERALDINE SHIELDS FRANKLIN, BENJAMIN FRANKLIN, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on APRIL 24, 2014, at 11:00 A.M., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PASCO County, Florida, to wit:
The North 1/2 of Lot 9, all of Lot 18 and the North 75 feet of Lot 11, less the East 20 feet thereof, Block 157, A REVISED PLAT OF THE TOWN OF NEW PORT RICHEY, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 49, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
