NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 05, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2008-CA-001530-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRSUTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA , NA AS TRUSTEE SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR WASHINGTON MUTUAL ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES WMABS SERIES 2007-HE1 TRUST, is Plaintiff, and NICHOLAS RICKETTS, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, Block B, Chapel Pines Phase 1A, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page 19 through 25, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
