Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Office of Paula S. O'Neil, Clerk & Comptroller, will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:
Tract 5 of the unrecorded plat of OAKWOOD ACRES, described as follows: The West 1/4 of the North 1/4 of the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 31, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida. The Northerly 25' and the Westerly 40' subject to road right of way per O.R. Book 3382, Page 1271.
AND
Tract 6 of the unrecorded plat of OAKWOOD ACRES, described as follows: The West 1/4 of the South 1/2 of the North 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 31, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida. The Westerly 40' thereof subject to easement for public road right of way per O.R. Book 3382, Page 1271.
