NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2014, entered in Case No. 2009-CA-007381-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Robert L. Hill; Unknown Spouse of Robert L. Hill if any; Robin Hill a/k/a R.L. Hill; Unknown Spouse of Robin Hill a/k/a R.L. Hill if any; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Meadow Pointe III Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; John Doe; Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 21st day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 3, MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 17, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
