NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2014, entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-001382 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York Successor Trustee To JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., As Trustee For The Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR7 is the Plaintiff and Kenneth F. Clarke; Dianne L. Fecteau; Bank of America, N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 548, FOREST HILLS, UNIT 12, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
