NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 17, 2014, entered in Case No. 512010CA001245WS SEC J2 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Innova Investment Group, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Joaquin Lara a/k/a Joaquin A. Lara ; Evelyn Lara; Asset Acceptance, LLC; Appleton Capital, LLC; Unknown Tenants/Owners; Clerk of Court, Pasco County, Florida; State of Florida, Department of Revenue are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 28th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 736, HOLIDAY GARDENS ESTATES, UNIT FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 1 THROUGH 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
