NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 26, 2014 and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-004204-XXXX-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida wherein Tierra Del Sol Homeowner's Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Michael E. Lindo is the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on the 12th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
LOT 38, BLOCK 18, TIERRA DEL SOL PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 70 THROUGH 84, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) Days after the sale.
