NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-001115-XXXX-ES/J1, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR31, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR31 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED NOVEMBER 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and HELEN MEYER AKA HELEN W. MEYER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HELEN W. MEYER; GREGORY B. DE LA RUE; ELIZABETH A.
