NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-005225ES, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and ALEXIS COLMENARES; CRISTINA PEREZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. LESS 30.00 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY ON THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY THEREOF AND 1/2 OF ANY AND ALL OIL, GAS AND MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
