Final Judgment was awarded on January 22, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 51-2012-CA-6587-ES-J1, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAMP TRUST 2007-HSBC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HSBC1 is the Plaintiff, and, KENYA LEWIS A/K/A KENYA AYESHA LEWIS A/K/A KENYA A. LEWIS; GTE FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on April 17 , 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
