Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 18th, 2014, entered in Civil Case Number 11-CA-016940, in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff, and DORIS LARGEL, et al., are the Defendants, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:

BEING THAT PARCEL OF LAND CONVEYED TO LUIS LARGEL FROM HARRY MCKAY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 3516 STREET LAND TRUST, DATED JULY 6, 1994 BY THAT DEED DATED 12/06/1994 AND RECORDED 12/21/1994 IN DEED BOOK 7619 AND PAGE 827 OF THE HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL PUBLIC REGISTRY.
