NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 10, 2014 in Civil Case No. 13-CA-005968 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is Plaintiff and MARLA SLOAN, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of April, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The East 188.5 feet of the West 628.5 feet to Government Lot 6, Section 23, Township 30 South, Range 19 East, Hillsborough County, Florida: LESS the South 1225 feet, together with the North 10 feet for the following described parcel of land: Tract beginning 440.0 feet East and 1045.0 feet North of the Southwest corner of Government Lot 6, Section 23, Township 30 South, Range 19 East, run North 190.0 feet; thence East 188.5 feet; thence South 190.0 feet; thence West 188.5 feet to the Point of Beginning: LESS the South 40.0 feet thereof and reserving the Easterly 7.5 feet as road right- of-way.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
