NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-023884, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff and JAMAL CLARK; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMAL CLARK; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, FSB; JAMAL SHAREEF; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAMAL SHAREEF; JOHN DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A ALAN DAVIS; JANE DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A CHERYL DAVIS, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, LESS THE WEST 34.6 FEET THEREOF, AND ALL OF LOT 8, BLOCK “H”, RIVERBEND SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 AT PAGE 157, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
