NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-032802, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 4, is Plaintiff and FRANKLYN S. WEISGERBER, III; LINDA M. LEGAULT; THE MADISON AT SOHO II CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 527, THE MADISON AT SOHO II CONDOMINIUMS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED 12/30/2004 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 14543, PAGE 341, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
