NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 7th day of July, 2014, at 10:00 a.m., through the Courthouse of Hillsborough County, Florida, at http://hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues, the Clerk of the Court shall offer for sale the following described real property:
Lot 8, Block 10, Henderson Road Subdivision Unit No. 5, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 49, Pages 49-1 and 49-2, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-008649, Division N, now pending in the Circuit Court in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
Interested parties / bidders are advised that the property is being sold without any warranties or representations of any kind whatsoever as to the state of the title of the subject property, and there may be unpaid real estate taxes on the property. Interested parties / bidders are advised to do their own investigation as to the state of the title and the state of the real property taxes on the subject property.
