NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 2010-CA-019645 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC,, Plaintiff, and, SINGH, KAWAL, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 17TH day of APRIL, 2014, the following described property:
UNIT 2515 OF SKYPOINT, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF DATED JUNE1, 2007 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17814, PAGE 346, AND ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THEROF, AND ACORDING TO THE PLAT OR MAP THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 188, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
