NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2014, entered in Case No. 08-CA-023953 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Alberto Martinez, her husband; Maureen B. Martinez a/k/a Maureen B. O'Brien; Providence Lakes Master Association, Inc.; John Doe and Jane Doe are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 24th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24, IN BLOCK C OF PROVIDENCE LAKES PARCEL “MF” PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 73, AT PAGE 62, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
