LOT 10, BLOCK 1, VILLAGE XIV OF CARROLLWOOD VILLAGE, PHASE III, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 14005 Ellesmere Drive, Tampa, Florida 33624, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on JUNE 3, 2014, at 10:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
