NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on the 23rd day of April, 2014, at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Statues,, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida:
UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING K OF TUDOR CAY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3721, PAGE 1331 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID DECLARATION APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT, HOWEVER, TO ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF TUDOR CAY CONDOMINIUM.
