Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 11, 2014 and setting sale for April 29, 2014 in Case No.: 13-CA-15284 of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Mohammad T. Ghahremani, Plaintiff against Francisco Moreria and Michelle Moreria, Defendants, Pat Frank Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 29th day of April, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 36 less the westerly 13.00 feet thereof, and together with the southwesterly 6.00 feet of lot 35, GLEN ELLEN VILLAGE, according to the map or plat thereof as recording in plat book 50 page 68 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
