NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-025801, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Trustee FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-15, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-15, is Plaintiff and LINDA FARINELLA A/K/A LINDA D FARINELLA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA FARINELLA A/KIA LINDA D FARINELLA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL, LLC; TOWNHOMES OF KINGS LAKE HOA, INC.; KINGS LAKE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 12th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 3, OF KINGS LAKE TOWNHOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 95, PAGE 51 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
