NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-009529, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT AS TRUSTEE OF ARLP TRUST 4, is Plaintiff and CANDIDA S. TIZON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS NOMINEE FOR DECISION ONE MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC, are defendants. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
