Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 25, 2014 in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 722, PHASE IV, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK2, PAGE 52 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JANUARY 22, 1980 IN O.R. BOOK 3615, PAGES 1906 THROUGH 1997 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
