UNIT 1714, OF THE GRAND RESERVE CONDOMINIUM AT TAMPA, FLORIDA, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THERETO AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16005, PAGE 672, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 8718 MALLARD RESERVE DR UNIT 104 F/K/A 4255 W HUMPHREY ST. UNIT 1714, TAMPA, FL 33614; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on April 29, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
