Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 10, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
THE WEST 31 FEET OF LOT 22 AND THE EAST 31 FEET OF LOT 21, BLOCK 4, GANDY BLVD PARK 2ND ADDITION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3513 W. BALLAST POINT BLVD, TAMPA, FL 33611; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on April 28, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
