Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on March 11, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
UNIT 503D, OF MONTE CARLO TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4129, PAGE 1542 AND AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4282, PAGE 629 AND AMENDMENT NO. 2 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 4434, PAGE 183 AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 66 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3301 BAYSHORE BLVD UNIT 503D, TAMPA, FL 33629; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on April 29, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
