NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-008818, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY JOHNSON; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; GENEVA L. JOHNSON A/K/A GENEVA JOHNSON A/K/A GENEVA L. BLAKER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 29th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PART OF LOT 124, BLOCK 1, BAY CREST PARK, UNIT NO. 20, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42 ON PAGE 89 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, THE SAME BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 124, RUN EASTERLY 1.8 FEET ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 124, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; CONTINUING THENCE EASTERLY 78.0 FEET ALONG THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 124; THENCE NORTHERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO A POINT ON THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 124, 2.0 FEET WESTERLY FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 124, THENCE WESTERLY 78.0 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 124; THENCE SOUTHERLY IN A STRAIGHT LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
