NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of March, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-008268, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MARC SALVESON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARC SALVESON and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 29th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 50 FEET OF THE EAST 262.5 FEET OF THE SOUTH 115.00 FEET OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY FOR 28TH AVENUE
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
