NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Judicial Order rescheduling the sale, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court KEN BURKE, shall now sell the subject property at public sale on the 30th day of April, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. to the highest and best bidder for cash via electronic auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on the following described property:
LOT 27, COLLEGE PARK UNIT II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
