SMITH; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAUDIE LEE SUTEU A/K/A MAUDIE L. SMITH; THE HAMLET AT BENTLEY PARK HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; BENTLEY PARK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1, and TENANT #2 are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 06/17/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
