NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-004065-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS MAY 1, 2007 SECURITIZED ASSET-BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR3, is Plaintiff and FAADIEL BRENDAN REHMAN, Veronica Rahman, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated as Nominee for New Century Mortgage Corporation Clo Electronic Data Systems, R.A., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 17th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 7, Block “H”, OAK RIDGE, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 91, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property Address: 4720 Dartmouth Avenue North Saint Petersburg, Florida 33713
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
