NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-001704-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JANUARY 1, 2006, GSAMP TRUST 2006 HE1, is Plaintiff and Jennifer A. Carmen a/k/a Jennifer A. Carman, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 22nd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 10, Block B, Replat of Harvey's Addition to Oak Ridge, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 11, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 465 54th Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33710.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
