You will please take notice that the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners at its regular meeting of March 18, 2014, in the County Commission Assembly Room, Pinellas County Courthouse, Clearwater, Florida, adopted a resolution vacating the following legally described property as petitioned by Lisa Tatro, William Sambriski, Jr., Wallace and Marian Koryciak, Raymond and Beverly Hartman, William and June Wendell, Terry and Elaine McClory.

Resolution vacating the south 17 feet of the 50 foot wide strip of unplatted Right-Of-Way known as Bee Pond Road, in Section 35, Township 27, Range 15, as recorded in the public records of Pinellas County, Florida, and reserving a drainage and utility easement over the vacated area.
