Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 124, ROYAL POINCIANA SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 8 and 9, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, of which Pinellas County was formerly a part.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, by electronic sale, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10 a.m. on May 5, 2014.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
