NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 22, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-011534-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and RADLEY MANANSALA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 2016, Building No. 20, of Itopia Private Residences Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 135, Page(s) 60 through 106, inclusive , and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 14086, Page 400, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
