UNIT NO. 13, SHELLEY GARDENS CONDOMINIUM, IV, according to the plat thereof recorded Plat Book 3, page 44 and 45, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 2952, Page 723 to 752 inclusive, as amended by amendment recorded in O.R. Book 4282, Page 867, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses within 30 days after the first publication, if any, on Douglas J. Burns, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2559 Nursery Road, Suite A, Clearwater, Florida 33764, and file the original with this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney, or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint of Petition.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
