NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2012-CA-014861 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FDIC AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, Plaintiff, and, LEMKE, CAROL, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of April, 2014, the following described property:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 403, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 5, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5292, PAGE 1622, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5292, PAGE 1891, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
