NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2008-CA-016589 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Liton Loan Servicing LP, Plaintiff and Peggy E. Lindley, an Unremarried Widow and Surviving Spouse of David B. Lindley, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 6, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK R, OF BOCA CIEGA PARK SUBDIVISION, PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
