MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-WF1 is the Plaintiff and LARAMIE HOLDINGS, INC. AS TRUSTEE OF THE 9119 ORCHID LAND TRUST; ROD KHLEIF; TENANT #1 N/K/A TERESA OAKLEY are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/05/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
