NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2014, entered in Case No. 522012CA010012XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Korey Luis Martinez AKA Korey L. Martinez; Unknown Spouse of Korey Luis Martinez AKA Korey L. Martinez; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PORTION OF THE WEST 60 FEET OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF LOT 13, WOODLAWN ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 13, THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 53 MINUTES 12 SECONDS EAST, 60 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 07 MINUTES 08 SECONDS EAST, 134.96 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 51 MINUTES 47 SECONDS WEST, 23.99 FEET; THENCE NORTH 21 DEGREES 01 MINUTES 35 SECONDS WEST, 100.90 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 07 MINUTES 08 SECONDS WEST, 40.71 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
