NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated December 18, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2010-CA-013933, DIVISION: , of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff, and ALBERT C. FRITZ, II A/K/A ALBERT C. FRITZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALBERT C. FRITZ, II A/K/A ALBERT C. FRITZ, IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING, BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; CUTTER COVE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 17th day of April, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL DESCRIBED AS UNIT NUMBER 304, PHASE ONE, TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANCES THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CUTTER COVE, A CONDOMINIUM, AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8593 PAGES 1472 THROUGH 1535, AND THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 114 PAGES 38 THROUGH 51, AND AS AMENDED TO ADD PHASE ONE BY AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8841 PAGES 427 THROUGH 454, AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 116 PAGES 37 THROUGH 60, AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
