NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 21, 2014, entered in Case No. 13-004374-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GMAC Mortgage, LLC is the Plaintiff and Elaine L. Donald; CitiFinancial Equity Services, Inc.; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, or Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Unknown Tenant whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 23rd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7 IN BLOCK 10 OF BAY VISTA PARK REPLAT FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34 AT PAGE 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
