NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of March, 2014, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 12-CA-013475, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on July 28, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
