Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Default Final Judgment as to Count I (Lien Foreclosure) entered in this cause on March 26, 2014, the Clerk will sell the personal property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
1966 doublewide SUNC Mobile Home Title Numbers 2553795 and 2553796 Vehicle Identification Numbers 66242 and 66243
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on May 14, 2014, beginning at 10:00 a.m., via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
